Organizational Structure:
The following leagues and associations govern the players, coaches and Board of Panthers USA.  The Intramural side of Panthers USA is officially affiliated with EPYSA as an intramural club.  Travel players and coaches are directly affiliated with the league in which they have their primary association.

York USA
The official site for the York Unified Soccer Association.  Many of our Panthers USA Travel teams participate in York USA.  Players and coaches carded as primary players to a York USA team are considered members of York USA.  York USA is a member league of EPYSA.

CPYSL
The official site for the Central Pennsylvania Youth Soccer League.  We currently have our most competitive teams playing in CPYSL.  The league is officially based in Mechanicsburg, although clubs ranging from Chambersburg to the west, Berks County to the east, and Union County to the north participate in the league.  Players and coaches carded to a CPYSL team are considered members of CPYSL. CPYSL is a member league of EPYSA.

EPYSA
The official site of the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association.  EPYSA is our State Association and is a member of the USSF.

USYS
The United States Youth Soccer Association is the arm of the USSF that governs the play of youth soccer players and coaches in the United States.  USYS is a National Association member of the USSF.

USSF
The United States Soccer Federation governs all sanctioned soccer within the United States.

FIFA
The Fédération Internationale de Football Association - the worldwide governing body of soccer, football, and futbol.
